On a trip to Tuscany, our founder, Patrick Brooks, was inspired by the wares displayed in a village pelletteria. The exquisite leather accessories were handcrafted by the shop’s owner. Patrick was awed by the appeal of the pieces, and by the attention to detail, premium quality and the creativity of design.
So began his quest to discover more of these masterful artisans. This journey led him to men and women from around the world who created finely crafted leather bags and accessories, but who often lacked the reach to offer their goods to a wider marketplace.
Patrick knew that with a larger market platform and essential resources, there was an opportunity to make an economic difference in the lives of these talented persons. Combining his own considerable marketing experience with the passion and talent of the artisans provided the fuel to launch Quetells & Co, the vehicle that would finally bring their goods to the global marketplace.
Our mission is to redefine simple everyday luxury. Our merchandise is of the highest quality and craftsmanship. We draw inspiration from the past to juxtapose against a contemporary lifestyle, creating a sense of nostalgic warmth, through creative design.
